INTRODUCTION
These terms of use govern your purchases from- and your use of, the www.mcbsportswear.no website and forms a contract between you and MCB SPORTSWEAR AS, Norwegian company tax id 933 486 990, Guldbergs vei 28, 0375 Oslo, Norway (hereinafter “MCB SPORTSWEAR” or “MCB SPORTSWEAR AS”). By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site.

CONFIRMATION
Once we have received your order we will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.

PAYMENT

Payment
You may pay with either credit or debit cards. Stripe Payments manage all of our banking transactions. MCB Sportswear does not store any credit card numbers.

Payment by card
Pay with your Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by Stripe with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. MCB SPORTSWEAR does not charge any extra costs for card payments. However, your bank may charge an additional fee depending on your card and bank. When paying by credit or debit card, starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, MCB SPORTSWEAR may automatically cancel your order.

Promotional Codes
Promotional Codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.

ORDERING AT MCBSportswear.NO
Orders made in another person's name without their consent, or otherwise, will be reported to the authorities. MCB SPORTSWEAR holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel MCB SPORTSWEAR to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time. Consumers have the right to return the order within 14 days of receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact MCB SPORTSWEAR in order to get an address to send the goods to. If you are shipping an item over NOK 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If an item is damaged during transport, MCB SPORTSWEAR should be contacted within 30 days for information about compensation.

RETURNS
MCB SPORTSWEAR's policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at post@mcbsportswear.no.

EXCHANGES/SWAPS
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at post@mcbsportswear.no and send your item to:

PERSONAL INFORMATION
When shopping at MCB SPORTSWEAR, we will save some of your data to fulfill your purchase. MCB SPORTSWEAR treats all personal information confidentially. You have the right to request access to your data, and if there is anything wrong, you can get it changed or removed. MCB SPORTSWEAR may also use cookies, for example, to improve your experience of the website.

PRODUCT
MCB SPORTSWEAR has the right to adjust prices, involve additional costs, and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the product. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings on your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.

COMPLAINTS TERMS
It is important that you, as a customer, carefully check your goods/products when you receive your shipment to verify that the products are correct and not damaged. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you shall also contact us within 14 days from receiving the product.

Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through email (post@mcbsportswear.no). Please supply the order number and the reason for the complaint, and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to MCB SPORTSWEAR should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, MCB SPORTSWEAR has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.

LIABILITY
MCB SPORTSWEAR's responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. MCB SPORTSWEAR bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work, or other economic harm.

FORCE MAJEURE
MCB SPORTSWEAR shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered, or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new/amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions, or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by MCB SPORTSWEAR or its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of MCB SPORTSWEAR.

USER CONTENT
The MCB SPORTSWEAR website, www.mcbsportswear.no, may include user-generated content from, for example, social media applications. MCB SPORTSWEAR does not claim any ownership rights in such content (images, photos, videos, etc.) and takes no legal responsibility for it. In case you suspect a violation of copyright or any other right, or otherwise are offended by such content, please contact our customer service.

RETENTION OF TITLE
All products remain in MCB SPORTSWEAR property until full payment is made.

FRAUD
All attempts at fraud will be reported to the authorities, and MCB SPORTSWEAR reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and your use of the MCB SPORTSWEAR website, www.mcbsportswear.no, are governed by Norwegian law. To the extent permitted by law, Norwegian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms of use and your use of the website, subject to MCB SPORTSWEAR's right to prosecute a user at their place of residence.

TERMINATION
MCB SPORTSWEAR reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your use of the MCB SPORTSWEAR website, www.mcbsportswear.no, at its sole discretion. For example, if MCB SPORTSWEAR suspects that you have breached these terms of use. Such termination can be made without prior notice.

AMENDMENTS
MCB SPORTSWEAR may revise these terms of use from time to time. Every time you order a product from us, the general conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and MCB SPORTSWEAR. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then-current terms to which you are bound.
