Returns Policy

At MCB Sportswear, we use Bring as our sole delivery partner. We strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and that deliveries are reliable and efficient.

Delivery Timeframes

Bring delivers your order directly to your doorstep or nearest pickup point within 1–7 business days throughout Norway, depending on your location.

How Will I Be Notified?

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been packed and handed over to Bring, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Bring will notify you when your order is either:

• Out for delivery to your address, or
• Available for pickup at your closest Bring location.

Returns & Return Costs

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
